The company is led by Alison Twist, Director. Alison has an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and has many years HR expertise gained from working corporately at senior levels in Financial Services, Aviation and Engineering.  Alison is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is qualified in occupational testing to the British Psychological Society Level A and Level B standard.
